4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including Player ID, User ID, or Account ID.
  • Ensure the details entered are correct before placing an order.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may include GST or applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws.
  • Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
  • Copluck Infotech does not store your card or banking details.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • ❌ No refunds or cancellations once the digital product is successfully delivered or redeemed.
  • ❌ No refunds for:
    • Wrong Player ID / Account ID entered by the user
    • Already redeemed codes
    • Change of mind after purchase

✅ Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment is deducted but product is not delivered, and
  • The issue is verified by our support team.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per banking rules.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Most products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes.
  • In rare cases (technical issues, verification checks), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Copluck Infotech is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Game server issues
    • Third-party platform downtime
    • Incorrect user details

8. Fraud Prevention & Security

To comply with Indian banking and RBI guidelines, Copluck Infotech reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily hold or cancel suspicious transactions
  • Request additional verification if required
  • Block users involved in fraudulent or abusive activity
